Mike1DStateWriterFileTimeFormat Property

Format of time string in file name. Must not include characters that are not valid for a file-name, especially colon, i.e. "HH:mm:ss" is not allowed.

Default is "yyyyMMddTHHmmss" (ISO 8601 basic format)
