Abstract class for supporting Pull version of calculating reach data. Data is calculated when GetValues are called.

Remarks

To build the index list, use the engineReach, since the hdReach does not have gridpoints before prepare is called, and the indexlist is needed before prepare (otherwise ResultData will fail when setting up result files).
