Creates a new FilePath with the given strfilePath as Path. If the path is
relative, then the current directory are used as BaseFilePath.

Creates a new FilePath with the given strfilePath as Path. If the path is
relative, then the current directory are used as BaseFilePath.

| FilePath(String, IFilePath) |
Creates a new FilePath with the given strfilePath as Path
and uses the baseFilePath as BaseFilePath
