Take a Horton Timestep, returning the Infiltration Depth of the time step.
If depth and netRainfallRate is zero, a dry mode time step is performed, otherwise if any of those is larger than zero, a wet mode time step is performed. The depth is also used as depth available for infiltration i.e. the returned infiltration depth may be limited by this parameter. |
