Findes the time where the boundary source has a value that is non-zero. The time interval is within the provided limits.

Source to search for values in
startTime
Type: SystemDateTime
Time where to start searching
endTime
Type: SystemDateTime
End time, where search will end.

Return Value

Type: DateTime
Time where boundary source has the next nonzero value, or endTime if not found

Usage Note
