AbstractLocationSourceBoundary Class

Class containing common code for locations for a source, which can contain as well a point locations as a node locations. It also handles the individual scalefactor that each location can have.

Be aware that the scalefactors are saved in a Dictionary, and is not intended to be retrieved from here a large number of times.

CalculateVariation	Calculate variation (as difference from linear interpolation between start and end) This method estimates the variation by checking values at 3 intermediate points within the interval.
