CatchmentNamDataTimeConstantInterFlow Property

Time constant for inter flow (CKIF).

It is used for calculation of interflow (QIF), which is proportional with SurfaceStorage and varies linearly with the relative moisture content of the lower zone storage, RootZoneStorage / RootZoneStorageMax.
